Designed for gathering and relaxing, the home features a bright open-concept living area with comfortable seating, soaring ceilings, and a beautiful stone fireplace as the centerpiece. Large windows fill the home with natural light while framing views of the surrounding red rocks.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals at home, including full-size appliances, ample counter space, a breakfast bar, and two dining areas, making it easy for everyone to gather together.

With over 2,100 square feet of living space, the home provides a comfortable layout for families and small groups to enjoy both shared spaces and private retreats.

Step outside to your own private Sedona oasis. Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of hiking, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars, or enjoy meals from the BBQ grill at the covered outdoor dining area. Surrounded by mature desert landscaping and beautiful views of Mammoth Rock, the backyard is the perfect place to enjoy Sedona's incredible weather from sunrise to sunset.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a King bed, TV, direct patio access, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle and its own TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Guests have access to the entire home and property except for locked supply closets.

This home is located of Highway 179 between Uptown & Chapel in central Sedona. This area is renowned for its breathtaking vistas, proximity to iconic landmarks, and a peaceful atmosphere that beckons travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. The neighborhood is close to the awe-inspiring Chapel of the Holy Cross, a modern architectural marvel that seems to emerge from the very rocks that surround it. Nature enthusiasts will be in their element here, as the area provides easy access to some of Sedona's most acclaimed hiking trails. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.

A car is highly recommended when traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in the area.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
