The Space

From the moment you enter, the home makes an impression. The spacious living room is wrapped in oversized windows showcasing sweeping red rock views, with multiple seating areas providing plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably.

Natural stone walls, warm wood ceilings, contemporary furnishings, curated artwork, and an indoor fireplace give the home a sophisticated yet distinctly Sedona character. Stephanie Larsen's design can be felt throughout, balancing modern luxury with warm textures and natural materials that complement the surrounding landscape.

Whether you're enjoying coffee as the morning light reaches the red rocks or gathering together after a day of exploring Sedona, the scenery remains a constant part of the experience.

🍽️Kitchen & Dining

The spacious chef's kitchen is designed for entertaining, with a large center island, generous counter space, premium appliances, extensive cabinetry, and bar seating that keeps everyone connected while meals are being prepared.

A separate coffee and beverage station provides additional space for easy mornings and evenings, while the nearby dining area offers a comfortable setting for group meals.

Large windows and the open layout keep the kitchen connected to both the living spaces and surrounding scenery, making it just as enjoyable for a quick breakfast as it is for preparing a full dinner together.

🛏️Bedrooms

The home features 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including four king bedrooms and a fifth bedroom that's especially well suited for families and younger guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite

King Bed | TV | Fireplace | Sitting Area | Patio Access | Ensuite Bathroom

The primary suite feels like a private retreat within the home, featuring a king bed, fireplace, TV, sitting area, and direct access to the expansive patio.

The patio connects with the home's larger outdoor living areas, while the private hot tub is positioned just outside the primary bedroom patio, putting a relaxing evening soak only steps from your room.

The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned in front of a large picture window for a beautiful view while you unwind.

The primary suite also includes a generous walk-in closet with its own private washer and dryer.

Bedroom 2

King Bed | Scenic Views | Hallway Half Bath and Jack & Jill Bathroom

A peaceful king bedroom surrounded by large windows and beautiful natural scenery. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom in the home without a TV and can use the hallway half bath nearby or Jack & Jill Bathroom on the other side of the house.

Bedroom 3

King Bed | TV | Scenic Views | Ensuite Bathroom

Bright and comfortable with a king bed, TV, and oversized windows bringing Sedona's landscape into the room and its own private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4

King Bed | TV | Jack & Jill Bathroom

A comfortable king bedroom with a TV and large windows overlooking the surrounding trees. Bedroom 4 connects to Bedroom 5 through a shared Jack & Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 5

Queen Bunk Bed | Queen Sofa Bed | TV | Jack & Jill Bathroom

Perfect for families and younger guests, this bedroom offers a queen bunk bed, sofa bed, TV, and comfortable lounge space. It shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4.

🎲Game Room & Entertainment

The oversized garage has been transformed into an impressive recreation and entertainment space, giving the group an entirely separate area to hang out, play, and unwind.

There's something for just about everyone, including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, dart board, Boss Toss, poker table, arcade games, board games, and TV!

A comfortable sofa creates plenty of room to settle in between games, while a wine fridge and small sink make the space convenient for drinks and snacks without having to head back into the kitchen.

And when it's time to relax, settle into the massage chair and recharge before the next round!

🧘Private Gym & Wellness

The next section of the same garage offers an impressive private fitness and wellness setup, making it easy to keep up with your routine or turn a quiet morning into your own wellness session.

The gym includes a power rack, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, workout benches, stability equipment, and additional strength-training equipment, with plenty of open floor space for movement and stretching.

A dedicated yoga setup with yoga mats makes morning yoga or stretching easy, while the nearby sauna, cold plunge, and massage chair provide plenty of options for recovery afterward.

A second private sauna is located outdoors in the backyard, giving the home both indoor and outdoor sauna options.

🏜️ Outdoor Living

There are several outdoor spaces throughout the property, each offering a different way to enjoy Sedona's scenery and beautiful weather.

The expansive upper deck features panoramic red rock views with generous lounge seating, a large outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill. It's an ideal setting for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, sunset dinners, and long evenings together.

The outdoor dining setup is also especially well suited for private hibachi dinners, giving your chef plenty of room to cook while everyone gathers around the table — a great option for birthdays, celebrations, and group dinners at the house.

The private hot tub sits on its own scenic section of the patio surrounded by trees and is conveniently located just outside the primary suite.

The landscaped backyard adds another gathering area with comfortable outdoor seating and lawn games, including oversized Connect Four and cornhole.

Between the deck, backyard, hot tub area, and additional seating spaces, there are plenty of places to gather as a group or spread out and enjoy some quiet time.

✨ Additional Amenities

The home includes a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, in addition to the second washer and dryer located inside the primary suite's walk-in closet.

Central air conditioning, indoor fireplaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs in every bedroom (except Bedroom 2), a BBQ grill, extensive indoor and outdoor seating, and thoughtfully appointed spaces throughout make the home equally comfortable for weekend escapes and longer Sedona stays.

✨ Coming Spring 2027 – Private Pool

The outdoor experience will soon include another major addition: a new private pool planned for Spring 2027, complementing the home's hot tub, saunas, cold plunge, and extensive outdoor living areas.

Pool availability is dependent upon completion and should not be considered available for stays prior to confirmed installation.
